About Do You Speak Bride

Do You Speak Bride ("we," "our," or "us") provides wedding industry coaching, training, and support services. By using our website at doyouspeakbride.com, purchasing our services, or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Do You Speak Bride, you agree to the following terms regarding our SMS messaging program:

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and onboarding progress. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Types of Messages

Depending on your consent preferences, you may receive the following types of text messages from Do You Speak Bride:

  • Non-marketing messages: Onboarding steps, welcome messages, account updates, service notifications, and support communications.
  • Marketing messages: Special offers, discounts, promotions, and service updates (only if you have separately consented to marketing messages).
